Google may have another Fitbit on the way — and this one has a screen. Leaked images published by Android Headlines show the Fitbit Edge, an oval fitness tracker that could fill the gap between the screenless Fitbit Air and the Pixel Watch 5. It also looks like the mystery wearable that appeared in Google’s Pixel 11 ads in August. Turns out that might not have been an AI mishap after all.
According to the report, the Edge combines up to seven days of battery life with GPS, an altimeter and automatic workout detection. Notifications and a handful of apps, including Google Maps, YouTube Music and Find My Phone, are also expected. That sounds familiar: it’s essentially the Fitbit Charge formula, potentially with a new name. Google hasn’t confirmed whether the Edge will replace that lineup.

The leaked tracker comes in black, green and orange, echoing the Pixel 11 Pro’s Obsidian, Olive and Canyon colors. The orange version adds a gold-colored frame, while elongated side buttons and interchangeable bands round out the design. Perhaps its biggest practical advantage over the Pixel Watch 5 is support for both Android and iPhone.

Android Headlines expects an October debut and estimates a $149–$199 price, though neither detail is official. If those predictions hold, the Edge could be Google’s option for people who want to check their workout on a screen without adding another nightly charging routine.
